Glow Within’s Gym Guide

Regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your overall health, including your mental, and cognitive health. Exercise produces our natural "feel-good" hormones including endorphins and dopamine; therefore, individuals who exercise more frequently will have an increased mood. Other benefits from exercise include:

Glow Within recognizes the importance in prioritizing physical activity and the strong correlation it has to all our topics (self-worth, confidence, healthy relationships, etc.) we discuss with our community. Therefore, in 2023 we aim to highlight various forms of fitness to provide our community with the necessary resources and knowledge to inspire and assist them in prioritizing their physical health.
