Glow Within Foundation recognizes the educational gap in women’s physical, mental and emotional health within high school classes. We work towards educating and empowering the youth on their bodies and minds so they can gain lasting confidence. Workshop facilitators are vital for delivering information but more importantly creating an inclusive, engaging, and valuable experience for all program participants.
